Privacy policy

What we know about visitors, and why it is so little.

Browsing the site

The site uses no cookies and no other identifiers stored in your browser. Fonts, images and scripts load from our own server.

  • Statistics. We count visits with Umami on our own server. Umami sets no cookies, does not store IP addresses and does not track individuals; we only see totals (e.g. how many people visited an episode page).
  • Server logs. The server keeps technical access logs with shortened IP addresses for security and troubleshooting (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are deleted automatically.
  • YouTube and Spotify. The YouTube player (in youtube-nocookie mode) and Spotify load only after you click “Play”. From then on, Google’s and Spotify’s privacy policies apply.

Premiere alerts (newsletter)

If you sign up, we store your e-mail address and a record that you confirmed it. Sign-up requires clicking a confirmation link (double opt-in). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with the “unsubscribe” link in every e-mail.

  • We run the list with Listmonk on our own server in the European Union (OVH).
  • E-mails are sent on our behalf by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) under a data processing agreement.
  • We do not track opens or clicks.
  • When you unsubscribe, we remove your address from the list. Backups containing it expire after at most 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to object and to withdraw consent. Write to us at the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO).
